About Me

Are you feeling overwhelmed by a difficult season, grappling with challenges like divorce, infidelity, debilitating anxiety, or depression? Perhaps you’re carrying the weight of past trauma, including domestic or sexual abuse.

With over 25 years of experience supporting individuals and families through crisis, I offer a compassionate, safe, and client-centered space to begin your healing journey. My approach is grounded in empathy, gentleness, and solution-focused strategies, guiding you gently and intentionally toward greater well-being, lasting change, and wholeness.

As a Level 1 Certified Gottman Method Couples Therapist, I am dedicated to helping partners navigate challenges and strengthen their relationships. For those seeking a spiritually grounded path, I also provide Christ-centered counseling, integrating faith with emotional healing. Whether you are processing church-related hurt, exploring how trauma fits into your spiritual journey, or seeking a deeper sense of identity in Christ, we will work together toward clarity and restoration.

Bringing nearly 30 years of experience as a social worker in the child welfare field, I deeply understand the unique pressures faced by trauma-exposed professionals, including burnout, compassion fatigue, and the struggle for work-life balance. I am passionate about helping fellow professionals build resilience and enhance their personal and professional well-being, ensuring you don’t have to carry that weight alone.
